Gilliam Life Update: We are moving....again!

As many of you are probably thinking....man they just moved..lol. You are correct. Garrett, Braxton and I moved to Gruver in August when Garrett got transferred up here with Cactus. The Gruver/Spearman area has been very good to us but we are always praying for God to show us where we need to be and what he wants us to be doing. With that being said, Garrett has had several job opportunities but for some reason or another the doors have been closed to those jobs. Last Thursday, Garrett got a call from Caprock and accepted a job as their Processing Manager in Dalhart. We are super excited about this opportunity for our family and know this is where God wants our family right now. Of course, I am sure excited to be heading back to my hometown and being close to my family (who wouldn't be). I will be working 2 days a week (waiting to hear final details on job before I share) and then be doing my pad printer and Advocare on the side along with getting to stay home and raise my boys!

So lots of packing up going on at our house and lots of trips to Dalhart! Nothing like moving with a 10 month old and being 7 months pregnant but we are actually getting a lot accomplished and having lots of help from daddy!

Super excited to see what the Lord has planned for us and we are so blessed to have the love and support from all around us!!

Hope Dalhart is ready for us :)

Braxton 9 Months

Ok so maybe I am about a week and a half behind on this post but couldn't miss putting it up! I didn't get any pictures with his little board so here are some throughout the month. 

                           

We can now sit up on our own 

                                 

He can hold his bottle and feed himself...so help in the mornings when momma is getting ready for work

He has super fine hair that has grown a ton and is crazy all the time

                                  

Loves to play on his side (I adore this)

                         

We have become human jungle gyms...he is really starting to pull up and would rather stand up then sit next to you....not walking yet though.

                                    

He loves food as long as it is smooth and not lumpy....(he did not care for momma just mashing up a banana) I thought it was hilarious myself!!

At 9 Months Braxton is:

Honestly I have no idea on weight...we haven't been to Dr. since December and our scales at home are broke #badmom

-Taking a morning and afternoon nap, he has dropped his late afternoon nap unless we are driving home from work

-Goes to bed at 6:30-7 pm and might get up once...we have been having some rough nights these past couple of weeks but we are working through them and he will be back to sleeping through the night in no time

-He eats 3 meals a day and has a bottle every 4 hours

-He is moving all over now and just started trying to pull up on things (mostly momma)

-Talks a lot

-Wearing mostly 9 month clothing..can still wear 6 month except for the length

-No teeth...but is definitely having more and more teething symptoms

-Has a precious laugh

-Loves bathtime...that is his and Garrett's time at night and it is so sweet to get to listen..I am blessed 

-Got baptized

-Switched to his big boy car seat and is making that adjustment well

Baby G 2: 26 Weeks

I have been so horrible about blogging throughout this pregnancy but I will try and do better this next few months. Here is Baby G 2 and I at 26 weeks and a day.

How far along? 26 weeks

Size of Baby G 2? About 2lbs and 14 inches long. The size of an English hothouse cucumber.

Total weight gain/loss? At my appt last week I have gained about 9 lbs

Maternity clothes? Yes jeans daily...or my lululemon sweat pants every day I am home and I can still wear a few not maternity shirts but I tend to look like a big kid in a little coat so I invested in a few more maternity tops yesterday.

Sleep? Sleep is pretty good once I find my comfy spot :) but that tends to take flopping around like a fish for awhile.

Movement? Yes! This little guy is an active thing like his brother!

Food cravings/aversions? I have wanted more sweets this pregnancy but other then that I just love to eat

Gender? BOY!!!!

What others are saying: Lol...people have said I have really blossomed over the last few weeks...isn't that sweet of them lol

What I miss: not much

Wedding rings on or off? on

What I am looking forward to: I am looking forward to seeing what this little munchkin looks and acts like!!
