I have loved giving you updates on pregnancy and more wedding pictures will be coming soon (is it weird you are getting pregnancy and wedding blog posts intertwined...seems odd to me :) but today I just wanted to give you an update on life!
Garrett is still working for Cactus Feeders and is liking it. We have gotten used to the 3:30 alarm. Guess it might just be getting me ready for a middle of the night feeding :) Opportunity Plan is good and busy this time of years flooded with students that are needing to get tuition paid, but I love having new faces come into the office. I do miss all the people and kiddos from Claude though. What a blessed time in my life that was!! But we are loving this new chapter.
Several months ago, Garrett and I started selling AdvoCare and it has become a very huge blessing in our life. We got started because quite a few people in my family wanted to do the 24 day challenge so we signed up to get a discount on products. The products and results are so great it is hard not to share!! We are truly blessed to be a part of a great company and helping people get healthy and earn money! It is amazing God's timing on everything in our lives!
I am very excited for this weekend. Garrett is off Saturday and Sunday so it is time for us to get the guest room, soon to be nursery, cleaned out and ready for baby things. We haven't really done much at all the get ready for the baby. We just wanted to get through the holidays before we started to reorganize the house and clean out things. I guess we have put it off long enough...so ready or not Garrett I am putting you to work tomorrow! We might even take in a hockey game which will be a fun new experience.
Dave Ramsey....right after we got married Garrett and I took Financial Peace University the Dave Ramsey course through a local church here. I felt like Garrett and I were both semi good with money but this class was awesome! It has changed the way we do a lot of things financially for the better! So excited to continue to practice all these things we have learned. It is a new financial lifestyle! If you every have a chance to take it! DO IT!!
Next week, I am headed to Dallas with Mom, Rebecca and Tina (the sweet girl that works for mom) to market to help work the booth for Initial Creations. I am so excited for all the fun new things happening with Initial Creations...My mom is doing an amazing job with her business. And maybe I am a little excited about the shopping!
We are super pumped to share that we will find out sweet Baby G's gender on February 1st!! It is probably a good thing we don't find out before market because I might get into a little big of trouble :)
